Any breech of this confidentiality will be regarded as serious misconduct by ODD which will immediately end the employment of the driver whose misconduct has been proven.

3) Safety

Throughout the routes travelled, ODD drivers will strictly obey the highway code, including speed limits.

4) Dress

Drivers ODD will present themselves at the agreed meeting place in correct attire; a dark suit and tie for men, a trouser suit or mid-length skirt for women.

By small tasks is meant local courier services, the posting of parcels and/or mail, washing of the customer’s car at a car wash, the transportation of luggage to the departure terminal or any other task not requiring particular professional training. It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the vehicle being driven.

9) Absence

Any driver who could not start a mission entrusted to him by ODD is required to notify the company management as quickly as possible, in any case at the latest 3 hours before the start of the mission in order to allow it to find an alternative solution. Any withdrawal for health reason must be supported by a doctor's certificate. The absence of a driver at the place and time agreed for the beginning of a mission without preliminary warning to ODD will be considered by the management as serious misconduct resulting in the end of employment by ODD.

10) Continuity
